I am a bilingual Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master's degree from Pacific Oaks College. I want my clients to know that I am deeply committed to and have great trust in the mental health field. I also understand the courage it takes to sit on that couch or be on the other side of that screen, and I honor that bravery in every session.

I strive to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment where healing and growth can thrive. My approach is grounded in psychodynamic, attachment-based, and family systems theories, emphasizing the importance of understanding relationships and emotional patterns. As a certified EMDR therapist, I specialize in treating complex trauma, eating disorders, immigration trauma, and life challenges that impact personal growth and well-being.

I aim to help my clients gain a deeper understanding of the significance of the relationships in their lives—particularly their relationship with themselves—and how these dynamics shape who they are today and who they can become in the future.
