Yesenia Martinez

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in California and a proud first-generation Mexican American. I received my master's degree from the University of Houston and bring both professional knowledge and personal perspective to the work I do. I am passionate about walking alongside others in their healing and growth journey. I understand that therapy is not “one size fits all,” and I strive to create a space that feels safe, collaborative, and tailored to your needs. My hope is to be the right match for you as we explore challenges, build resilience, and work toward the changes you seek.

In our first session, we'll start by getting to know each other. I’ll take time to understand your background, the challenges you're facing, and your goals for therapy. Together, we’ll create a safe, comfortable space for you to share what's on your mind. You can expect a non-judgmental, compassionate environment where your needs and goals are the focus. My aim is to ensure you feel heard, supported, and empowered every step of the way.

In our first session, we’ll introduce ourselves and talk about what brings you to therapy. I’ll answer any questions, explain my approach, and we’ll begin identifying your challenges and goals to create a plan for our work together.
