Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist dedicated to supporting children, adolescents, and adults as they navigate life’s challenges. My work focuses on helping clients build resilience, develop emotional awareness, and feel empowered in their healing process. I am especially passionate about working with young adults, exploring how cultural, environmental, and intergenerational factors shape mental health and identity. I believe that understanding these influences can be a powerful step toward healing, self-acceptance, and growth.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and tailored to each client’s unique needs, with the goal of helping individuals strengthen their voice, improve relationships, and move toward a more balanced and fulfilling life. I draw from evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills, Functional Family Therapy (FFT), and talk therapy, while also incorporating an attachment-oriented approach to better understand how early relationships shape emotional experiences and patterns in current relationships. Whether we are working through trauma, navigating family dynamics, or building emotional regulation skills, I adapt my approach to meet you where you are. By integrating attachment-based work, I help clients explore relationship patterns, strengthen their sense of security, and build healthier, more fulfilling connections. My goal is to help you feel heard, empowered, and equipped with practical tools you can use in your everyday life.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a warm, relatable, and even a bit humorous therapist. I believe that connection and comfort are essential parts of the healing process. For that reason, I am more interested in getting to know clients as a whole and for clients to also know me as not only a therapist, but a human that will work collaboratively with them.
