I am a family and psychiatric nurse practitioner. My focus is to treat the person as a whole. I focus on integrative psychiatry, which aims to rebalance the mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being of the individual.

In integrative psychiatry, I will focus on combining medication, lifestyle interventions, and therapy modalities, such as brief supportive psychotherapy and solution focus therapy to help each person become whole.

My goal is to empower each person to maximize their well-being to reach their ultimate good life.
