Great to meet you!

I am a bilingual therapist, fluent in Spanish and English. I value the courage it takes to seek therapy and strive to create a supportive, collaborative space where clients feel accepted and understood. I have over 13 years of experience in the field of mental health and understand the importance of a unique and creative approach for all my clients.

My approach to therapy

I place a strong emphasis on building resilience and self-trust. Therapy is not about “fixing” you, but about helping you better understand yourself, recognize your strengths, and develop skills that support long-term emotional well-being. Progress may include learning to set healthier boundaries and respond to challenges with greater confidence.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we focus on getting to know each other in a way that feels comfortable and collaborative. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what you’re hoping to change, and what has or hasn’t worked before. I keep the tone engaging and supportive, and at times humorous while moving thoughtfully and cautiously to build trustworthy therapy relationship.
