Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Yesy. I’m a licensed psychotherapist providing telehealth therapy to individuals across Florida. I work with people who are tired of feeling stuck in the same emotional loops—whether that’s anxiety that won’t quiet down, relationships that keep repeating the same patterns, burnout, grief, or a general sense that something just isn’t right anymore. My approach is collaborative, practical, and grounded in real life. Therapy with me isn’t about lying on a couch or being “fixed.” It’s about having a space where you can be honest, feel understood, and learn tools that actually make day-to-day life feel more manageable.

We’ll look at what’s going on beneath the surface and focus on what you need right now to feel steadier, more confident, and more connected. I believe therapy works best when it feels like a genuine conversation—one where you don’t have to filter yourself or have everything figured out.

You’re allowed to show up exactly as you are. Together, we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you and work toward meaningful, lasting change. If you’re considering therapy, that alone tells me you care about yourself and your well-being. I’d be honored to be part of that process with you.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is non-traditional. I utilize humor in sessions to help break the stigma of mental health. I'm direct and challenge my clients. I pull from the client's strengths to highlight their resilience and capabilities.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to learn a little about me during the first session. I intend to discover their interests, things that bring them joy, and the reason they are seeking therapy now. There is no pressure to share their stories within the first session. I want to learn about their past experiences with treatment and their expectations.
