Great to meet you!

I am a licensed therapist with over 15 years of experience working in outpatient, inpatient, and crisis intervention settings. I support adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, and long-standing emotional patterns. I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Caldwell University and strive to create a space where clients feel safe, understood, and gently challenged. Therapy with me is not about being “fixed,” but about developing deeper self-awareness and moving toward a more authentic, fulfilling life.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and thoughtful, blending psychodynamic therapy with cognitive behavioral techniques (CBT). Together, we explore how past experiences shape present behaviors while also building practical tools to manage symptoms and create meaningful change. I often incorporate creativity, humor, and introspection into sessions, believing that insight and growth can happen in ways that feel both grounded and human.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and for you to decide if this feels like a good fit. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what you’re hoping to change or understand better, and any concerns or questions you may have about the process.
