Great to meet you!

Imagine loving yourself the way God sees you. Imagine having meaningful, reciprocal, nourishing relationships — and being grounded in your truth, knowing you don't have to carry it all. It's time to set it down and hand it over to God. Besides, you're exhausted, want more, and done doing things culture's way.

I'm a licensed trauma therapist specializing in helping ambitious women recover from burnout, navigate breakup recovery, and finally build sustainable boundaries WITH God. Most of my clients are the go-to person in every room — the reliable one, the one everyone leans on, the one who was told they were "so mature for their age" long before they should have been. They come to me thinking they just need to rest more, find the right partner, or learn to say no. What we often discover together is that underneath these struggles are attachment wounds, complex trauma (CPTSD), and a disconnection from their own worth and body.

I didn't always understand this either. It can feel like the life you knew is not real, and the ground beneath you has been pulled. Like you are a hot ass mess, you're not. I've come to learn that all this pain is actually initiation into your own rebirth journey-I've been there.

After years of pushing through burnout in the DMV, I moved out West and spent time on the client couch myself — doing deep work on patterns I didn't even know I had. That experience taught me that healing isn't just about better time management or setting firmer boundaries. It's about understanding why your nervous system keeps choosing survival over safety and reconnecting with who you were created to be.

In our work together, I integrate trauma therapy, nervous system healing, and faith-based identity work. I'll help you see how your body holds trauma, why your relationship patterns keep repeating, and how to rebuild your sense of self beyond achievement and people-pleasing. I weave soul, spirit, science, and strategy.

My approach to therapy

I bring warmth and groundedness to deep work. I create space for your full story — the burnout you're recovering from, the heartbreak you're processing, the boundaries you're learning to set — and I help you see the patterns beneath these struggles that you may not have named yet.

My approach is integrative: I combine trauma-informed therapy with attachment healing, nervous system regulation, and Christ-centered identity work. We'll explore your relational patterns and their origins, but we won't stop at intellectual understanding. We'll work somatically — helping your body learn new responses, not just giving your brain new information. I also honor the whole person: we'll address sleep, stress, spiritual practices, boundaries, and how your body communicates — because healing isn't compartmentalized. My motto is once you go holistic, that ass will go ballistic 😉

What you can expect from me

Most of my clients are ambitious, driven women who have always been the responsible one — the person everyone counts on, the one who figured it out early and never really stopped. They come in for help with burnout recovery, healing from a breakup, or finally learning to set boundaries. You have your life together in every area except this one. You've tried pushing through, reading the self-help books, maybe even previous therapy — but the pattern keeps repeating.

Here's what we often discover: what looks like burnout is actually your nervous system stuck in survival mode. What feels like another failed relationship is an attachment wound playing out. What seems like a boundaries problem is actually a self-worth issue rooted in complex trauma you didn't know you had.

You're not broken, and you're not doing it wrong. Your body learned to expect danger, abandonment, or conditional love so early that these responses happen automatically — before you can even think about them. No amount of willpower or boundary scripts will rewire reactions that were programmed in before you had words.

In our first session, we'll start where you are and begin gently uncovering the deeper patterns underneath. We'll identify how survival mode shows up for you — always being "on," over-giving, people-pleasing, shutting down — and start establishing safety in your nervous system.

My goal isn't just to help you recover from this burnout or this breakup. It's to help you heal the patterns driving the cycle — so you can finally stop repeating it and reclaim your life.
