Great to meet you!

You've spent so much time taking care of everyone else that you may not even know what you need anymore. If that sounds familiar, you're not alone.

I'm warm, honest, and down to earth. I'll laugh with you, sit with you through the hard parts, and gently point out the patterns that are keeping you stuck. I don't believe you're broken. I believe many of us learned survival strategies that no longer help us.

If faith is important to you, I'm happy to integrate it into our work as we explore your identity, healing, and the life God created for you.

My approach to therapy

I believe our symptoms make sense when we understand the story behind them. Anxiety, people-pleasing, burnout, and trouble setting boundaries often have deeper roots than we realize. Healing isn't about becoming someone new. It's about healing what has covered the person God created you to be.

My approach is trauma-informed and combines Brainspotting, attachment work, nervous system regulation, and practical tools you can use every day so you can heal your body and relationships more importantly, your relationship in Christ.

Together, we'll work toward healing old wounds, growing your capacity to receive love and support, and living from your values instead of your survival patterns.

What you can expect from me

Think of the first session as a conversation, not an interview.

I'll spend time getting to know you, what brings you to therapy, what's been weighing on you, and what you're hoping will be different. You don't have to tell your whole life story in one session, and there's no pressure to have all the answers.

The first part of the journey is exploring and learning cues, triggers, and coping skills and practices that land and are sustainable. My hope is that you leave feeling heard, understood, and encouraged.
