Great to meet you!
My path to becoming a therapist is deeply shaped by my lived experience as a first-generation Latine daughter of immigrants and a neurodivergent human. I didn’t choose trauma work, I kind of fell into it. Much of my journey has been about becoming the person I needed when I was younger, and now I get to offer that same care, presence, and safety to others.
I hold a Clinical License in Social Work in the states of Texas and Colorado. I have over seven years of experience working in trauma-informed spaces, including three years in direct therapeutic practice. I am trained in EMDR, IFS-Informed, ERP, and Sandtray therapy, and I integrate neurodivergent-affirming, culturally responsive, and holistic approaches into my work. I specialize in working with first- and second-generation individuals, neurodivergent clients, and those navigating trauma, identity, life transitions, anxiety, and feeling like they don’t quite fit into traditional systems or spaces.
At the core of my work is connection, felt safety, and creating a space where clients can bring their full selves: mind, body, spirit, culture, and story, without needing to shrink or perform.
