Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from California Baptist University. I bring a diverse clinical background that includes working with adults and children with special needs, as a behavioral and developmental specialist, as well as experience supporting children and families involved with DPSS. My current focus is working with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, grief and loss, relationship and family concerns, stress, life transitions, and other emotional difficulties.

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative and supportive approach to therapy, meeting clients where they are and working at a pace that feels comfortable. My style is grounded in empathy, curiosity, and respect, with an emphasis on understanding how past experiences, relationships, and current stressors may be impacting your present life. I draw from strengths-based and client-centered approaches, while also incorporating practical, skills-based interventions to help manage symptoms and build coping strategies.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to help individuals feel more grounded, empowered, and equipped to navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental, and supportive environment where individuals can be honest, feel understood, and gradually build meaningful and lasting change.
