Great to meet you!

What first drew me to this field was a deep desire to be there for people who have carried heavy pain and hardship. Through my work in the prison system, with combat veterans, survivors of sexual abuse, and individuals affected by systemic oppression, I saw how powerful resilience and healing can be, even in the most difficult circumstances.

In my approach, I adapt our work together using a trauma-informed approach, tailored to your unique needs, pace, and goals—whether that means building coping skills, processing past experiences through EMDR, or focusing on present challenges. Throughout the process, I will support you in gaining insight, strengthening resilience, and developing practical tools.

My approach to therapy

I adapt our work together using a trauma-informed approach, tailored to your unique needs, pace, and goals—whether that means building coping skills, processing past experiences through EMDR, or focusing on present challenges. Throughout the process, I will support you in gaining insight, strengthening resilience, and developing practical tools.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other, talk about what brought you in, and begin identifying what you hope to change or better understand. My goal is to create a calm, supportive space where you can share at your own pace and feel heard without pressure.
