Great to meet you!
I believe that healing begins with being truly heard. I take time to listen to my clients’ stories, experiences, and concerns without judgment. My goal is to understand the whole person — not just symptoms — and to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel respected and valued.
I recognize that many factors, including life experiences, cultural background, family dynamics, spirituality, and personal values influence mental health. I approach each client as unique and work collaboratively to understand what may be contributing to their current challenges.
We offer both virtual and in-person consultations at Brain Psychiatry. She has years of expertise in diagnosing and treating attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADD/ADHD), anxiety, panic attacks, bipolar disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD).
She offers the following testing:
- ADHD neuropsychological testing for patients seeking answers.
- Psychotropic gene and MTHFR gene testing to ensure patients are on the right medications.
Outside of my professional role, I enjoy singing and listening deeply — both of which reflect my natural inclination toward connection, expression, and presence. These qualities shape the way I show up for my clients with empathy, patience, and compassion.
