Great to meet you!

I believe that healing begins with being truly heard. I take time to listen to my clients’ stories, experiences, and concerns without judgment. My goal is to understand the whole person — not just symptoms — and to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel respected and valued.

I recognize that mental health is influenced by many factors, including life experiences, cultural background, family dynamics, spirituality, and personal values. I approach each client as unique and work collaboratively to understand what may be contributing to their current challenges.

Outside of my professional role, I enjoy singing and listening deeply — both of which reflect my natural inclination toward connection, expression, and presence. These qualities shape the way I show up for my clients with empathy, patience, and compassion.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is holistic, collaborative, and patient-centered. While medication can be an important part of treatment, I believe in offering a wide range of therapeutic options beyond pharmacological therapy. Together, we explore evidence-based treatments that may include medication management, supportive therapy, lifestyle strategies, and coordination with other providers when appropriate.

I strive to understand the root causes of distress, which may stem from emotional, cultural, social, spiritual, or environmental factors. Treatment is never one-size-fits-all, and I actively involve clients in decision-making to ensure care aligns with their goals, comfort level, and values.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, clients can expect a welcoming, respectful, and non-judgmental environment. We will take time to discuss your concerns, personal history, and what brought you to seek care. I will ask thoughtful questions, listen closely, and work with you to begin developing a treatment plan that feels appropriate and manageable.

My goal is for clients to leave the first session feeling heard, supported, and hopeful — knowing that they are not alone and that care is a collaborative process. There is no pressure to share everything at once; we move at a pace that feels right for you.
