Great to meet you!

I have specialized training in psychoanalytic psychotherapy, which was deepened through my postdoctoral fellowship at Wright Institute Los Angeles (WILA). This foundation allows me to help clients uncover deep-rooted patterns, understand their relational dynamics, and develop a more authentic connection with themselves.

My research on intergenerational trauma, attachment, and relationships in Armenian Americans further informs my work, giving me a deep appreciation for how cultural and family histories shape our experiences.

In addition to my clinical practice, I’m an adjunct faculty member at Alliant International University, my alma mater, where I teach clinical psychology doctoral students various approaches to therapy.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I take a thoughtful, gentle, and honest approach to psychotherapy. My psychoanalytic lens helps us look beyond surface-level symptoms to uncover the deeper patterns shaping your thoughts, emotions, and relationships - so you can move through life with more freedom and ease.

I specialize in anxiety, perfectionism, people-pleasing, and intergenerational trauma, guiding clients toward healing their relationship with themselves. Many of the people I work with feel stuck in cycles of self-doubt, emotional exhaustion, or the weight of external expectations.

Therapy with me is a space for curiosity, reflection, and meaningful change - not quick fixes, but deep self-understanding that leads to lasting growth.

What you can expect from our first session

You can expect a space where you feel safe to slow down, reflect, and explore parts of yourself that may have been overlooked.

Over time, you'll not only understand yourself more deeply—you'll step into yourself more fully, with more authenticity, self-trust, and freedom.
