Great to meet you!

I require a free 20-minute video consultation video prior to an appointment. This gives the opportunity to determine if I am the right therapist for you. Give me a call today at (909) 766-9286 to schedule a consultation. It's important to know if your therapist will be able to meet your needs.

I specialize in working with ambitious adults who struggle with low self-esteem and a high self-loathing sense of purpose from cultural nuances.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I have an eclectic approach and tailor it to you. My theoretical orientation is system theory with a strength-based framework. My practice is rooted in person center approach. I utilize brainspotting, acceptance and commitment therapy, narrative therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy.

What you can expect from our first session

Therapy begins with learning the language of our feelings that fosters growth in communication, insight, authentic self, and self-care. I create a safe space for you to overcome challenging circumstances. This is healing work. This is self-realization work. I'm here to remind you of the efforts you've made while providing you with compassion grounded in self-determination and empowerment. Together we can overcome obstacles to regain control and create change in your life.
