Great to meet you!

Do you often feel overwhelmed, stuck in your thoughts about the past or future, or overly critical of yourself? You don’t have to navigate this alone. I work with ambitious adults who want to regain control, find balance, and move forward with confidence. Together, we can explore strategies to manage stress, build resilience, and create positive change in your life.

My approach to therapy

My treatment approach is integrative and includes Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Brainspotting, strength-based work, and solution-focused techniques.

I use ACT to help clients build psychological flexibility, learn to accept difficult thoughts and feelings, and take action aligned with their values. CBT focuses on identifying and shifting unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors to support practical change in daily life. Brainspotting is used to access and process deeper emotional experiences, including trauma, grief, and emotional blocks, in a focused and somatic way.

I also take a strength-based approach, emphasizing each client’s existing resilience, skills, and resources to support growth and confidence. Solution-focused techniques are used to clarify goals and create practical, achievable steps forward, with an emphasis on progress and momentum.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know you and understanding your experiences, challenges, and goals. I’ll ask questions to gather important background information, which helps me tailor therapy to your needs. While we won’t dive deeply right away, this session is an important first step in creating a safe, supportive space where meaningful growth can begin.
