I have extensive experience supporting clients dealing with mental health issues in community settings. I’ve worked with clients from diverse backgrounds, helping them navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, and other long-term struggles. My approach is primarily person-centered and existential, I also integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and mindfulness techniques to develop practical coping skills, encouraging present-moment awareness and acceptance.
