Great to meet you!

As a licensed clinical social worker, I have accrued a decade of experience in the field of social work and I am passionate about my job. During this time, I have been a case manager, mediator, advocate, and active learner, among others, for my clients. My work has involved assisting individuals with various issues such as violence, abuse, trauma, substance abuse, parental issues, legal matters, financial difficulties, OCD, ODD, ADHD, bipolar disorder, severe anxiety, and depression disorders.

My approach to therapy

I approach therapy with a combination of warmth and directness. My approach is centered around the client's needs and is solution-focused with a cognitive behavioral perspective. I also employ trauma-informed care and meet clients where they are at. In essence, my goal is to build upon a client's existing strengths to help them achieve their goals. Ultimately, I am passionate about this work because I love what I do.

What you can expect from me

Every individual has unique strengths, and my aim is to work collaboratively with you to identify and utilize those strengths, even when depression and anxiety seem overwhelming. I believe that therapy should be customized to meet your specific needs, and that is precisely what you can expect from our sessions together.
