Great to meet you!

Raise your hand if you have ever been personally victimized by your thoughts and feelings... If your hand is up, I see you and I want to help you because I'm not like a regular therapist; I'm a cool therapist. Life can be hard sometimes but that does not mean we can’t laugh about it. In my office, you can expect to cry AND laugh. I intend to make therapy more accessible, approachable, and relatable by meeting you where you are. Whatever you are experiencing, I want to listen and walk by your side. Together, we can untangle the mess of thoughts going on in your head and find a way to manage expectations and set healthy boundaries.

My approach to therapy

Whether you want tips on navigating life stressors or are ready to dive deep into your trauma, I’ll be there to listen and support you. I typically cater my approach on a case-by-case basis but expect to talk about your childhood and how different systems (like family dynamics) or lived experiences are affecting the present moment.

What you can expect from me

My passion lies in connection – I treasure the connections I have made with all the individuals who have sat in my office. I believe the most important part of the therapeutic process is the relationship between the client and therapist. A strong foundation allows the opportunity for accountability and models healthy communication and relationship skills. With motivation and the proper support from the right therapist, each person can regain control of their life and enact change.
