Great to meet you!

Clients should know that I bring both professional expertise and deep cultural awareness to the therapy space. I’m a bilingual (English/Spanish) Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master of Arts in Psychology from Mount Saint Mary’s University, where I completed the Enlaces! program focused on serving Spanish-speaking communities. I have over seven years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families, including those navigating foster care, chronic health issues, and generational trauma. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions, and I’m trained in TF-CBT and EMDR. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive environment where clients feel seen and empowered to grow from their strengths.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in each client’s unique story. I believe that every individual already holds the tools they need to heal and grow, and my role is to help uncover and strengthen those inner resources. I tailor therapy to each person’s needs, taking into account their values, lived experiences, and goals. Whether I’m working with individuals, couples, or families, I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel truly seen, heard, and empowered to move forward in ways that feel authentic to them.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect sessions with me to feel warm, supportive, and thoughtfully challenging. I take a holistic approach, considering the full context of each client’s life—emotional, relational, cultural, and beyond—to help them gain deeper insight and move toward meaningful growth. My goal is to create a space where clients feel safe enough to be vulnerable, yet empowered to face challenges and take steps forward. Over time, clients often leave with a stronger sense of self, practical tools for navigating life, and a deeper connection to their values and strengths.
