Great to meet you!

I earned my Master of Social Work from the Wurzweiler School of Social Work and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). In addition to private practice, I have worked as a school social worker, helping children, adolescents, and families navigate emotional, behavioral, and academic challenges.

I specialize in treating obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), anxiety disorders, and related concerns. I work with children, teens, and adults experiencing OCD, generalized anxiety, social anxiety, panic, perfectionism, depression, stress, and life transitions. I am committed to ongoing professional development and use evidence-based treatments to provide the highest quality care. I welcome clients from all backgrounds and also have experience working with individuals and families from the Orthodox Jewish community, integrating cultural and religious considerations when desired.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, structured, and compassionate. I believe that therapy should not only help you feel heard but also provide practical strategies that lead to meaningful, lasting change.

I primarily use evidence-based treatments, including Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and SPACE-informed strategies when appropriate. Rather than simply reducing symptoms, our work will focus on helping you respond differently to anxiety, overcome unhelpful patterns, and build the confidence to live according to your values. Every treatment plan is tailored to your unique goals, strengths, and circumstances.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a roadmap for treatment. I'll take time to understand what brought you to therapy, learn about your personal history, discuss your current concerns, and explore what you hope to achieve.

You'll have plenty of space to ask questions, and together we'll identify your goals and begin developing a treatment plan that fits your needs. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling understood, hopeful, and with a clearer sense of how we can work together to help you move forward.
