I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor based in Florida, and I’ve been in private practice since 2019. I also have a physical office in West Palm Beach for clients who prefer in-person care.
Clients often reach out when they feel overwhelmed, stretched thin, or ready to make space for their own healing and growth. My goal is to offer a supportive, grounded place where you can talk openly, feel understood, and start making meaningful changes.
My approach is warm, practical, and collaborative. I believe therapy should feel like a space where you can slow down, understand what’s contributing to stress in your life, and build tools that actually help outside of session.
I work with clients to identify patterns, strengthen coping skills, and move toward healthier relationships, clearer boundaries, and greater emotional balance. I want therapy to feel supportive, but also useful and focused on progress.
