I'm Yohaira, an LMHC in Florida with private practice experience since 2019 and a physical office in West Palm Beach for clients who prefer meeting in person. My work tends to attract people who are ready to make space for their own healing, whether that means working through anxiety, grief, family stress, or a major life change. My approach is warm, practical, and collaborative. I believe therapy should feel like a space where you can slow down, understand what’s contributing to stress in your life, and build tools that actually help outside of session.

I work with clients to identify patterns, strengthen coping skills, and move toward healthier relationships, clearer boundaries, and greater emotional balance. I want therapy to feel supportive, but also useful and focused on progress.
