Great to meet you!

I work with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families, helping them explore patterns of interaction, strengthen communication, and build healthier relationships. Together, we identify strengths, increase self-awareness, and develop practical strategies to address concerns such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship difficulties, family conflict, and life transitions.

As a bilingual therapist, I provide services in both English and Spanish and strive to create a safe, respectful, and inclusive space where clients feel heard, understood, and valued. I recognize the importance of culture, identity, and lived experiences in the therapeutic process and tailor treatment to each client's unique needs and goals.

My approach to therapy

My work is informed by Structural Family Therapy and Strategic Family Therapy, helping clients identify relational patterns, strengthen family connections, improve communication, and create meaningful change within their relationships and family systems. I focus on understanding how family structures, roles, boundaries, and interactions influence individual and family well-being, while also helping clients develop practical strategies to address current challenges.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, clients can expect a welcoming, supportive, and non-judgmental environment where they have the opportunity to share their concerns, experiences, and goals for therapy. My priority is to get to know you, understand what brings you to therapy, and begin building a strong therapeutic relationship based on trust, collaboration, and respect.

We will discuss your current challenges, personal and family history, strengths, relationships, and any important life experiences that may be influencing your situation. Because my work is grounded in a family systems perspective, I may also explore family dynamics, relationship patterns, and the broader contexts that impact your well-being.

Together, we will identify your goals for therapy and discuss how we can work collaboratively to support meaningful change. I will answer any questions you may have about the therapy process and ensure that you feel comfortable moving forward at a pace that feels right for you.

Whether you are seeking support for anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship concerns, family conflict, life transitions, or other challenges, the first session is an opportunity to begin understanding your unique story and develop a path toward growth, healing, and stronger relationships.

As a bilingual therapist, I offer services in both English and Spanish and strive to provide a culturally responsive space where clients feel understood, respected, and valued.
