I am a Psychologist who provides strength based and client centered services. I have over 25 years of experience working with a diverse group of clients such as; individuals struggling with addictions, depression, grief/loss, relationship issues, parenting, postpartum depression, and anxiety.

Rather, I offer research based interventions including; Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Recovery Promotion.
