I am a Psychologist who provides strength based and client centered services. I have over 25 years of experience working with a diverse group of clients such as; individuals struggling with addictions, depression, grief/loss, relationship issues, parenting, postpartum depression, and anxiety.

My approach to therapy

I provide a safe and nurturing space for you to share the areas of your life that is causing distress. Effective therapy is more than just listening. Rather, I offer research based interventions including; Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Recovery Promotion. I offer effective tools to achieve greater balance and well-being in your life.
