Great to meet you!

Taking the first step toward therapy takes courage, and I am glad you are here. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, heal from past challenges, and build a meaningful path forward.

Whether you are navigating anxiety, life transitions, or personal growth, we will work collaboratively at your own pace. I believe in a compassionate, evidence-based approach tailored to your unique needs.

Please feel free to reach out or schedule your next session through the portal. I look forward to working together.

My approach to therapy

I believe you are the expert on your own life. My role is to help you clear the path forward. My style is warm, authentic, and direct. I use an integrative, holistic approach that looks at the whole person rather than just your symptoms. Together, we will make sense of your experiences in a space where you can show up exactly as you are. Focusing on root causes helps create lasting, holistic healing.

What you can expect from me

Your initial intake session is a collaborative, 50-minute space designed to establish comfort, clarify your goals, and outline our path forward. We will move at a pace that feels secure for you, ensuring your voice is central to the process.

Our first visit will, typically, include administrative details, overview of the therapeutic process, exploring your story, intake assessment with integration of mind, body and spirit, formulating goals.

There is no pressure to have everything figured out before we meet.
