Great to meet you!

If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, trauma, or major life transitions, therapy can offer a space where you feel understood and supported while building meaningful change.

I work with adults and young adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, LGBTQ+ concerns, and significant life transitions. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck, discouraged, or unsure how to move forward, especially when managing complex concerns such as co-occurring mental health and substance use challenges.

My goal is to help you feel seen, supported, and equipped with tools to build stability, resilience, and a renewed sense of hope.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, structured, and collaborative, grounded in both clinical expertise and a strengths-based perspective.

I integrate evidence-based modalities including:

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
  • Psychodynamic Therapy
  • Solution-Focused Therapy
  • Mindfulness-Based approaches
  • Attachment-based interventions

What you can expect from me

Clients often describe me as compassionate, attentive, and easy to talk to. I create a nonjudgmental space where you can explore difficult experiences while also being supported in developing practical strategies for change.

I balance empathy with direct, thoughtful feedback, helping you build insight, strengthen coping skills, and move toward meaningful, lasting growth.
