I work with adults and young adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, LGBTQ+ concerns, and significant life transitions. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck, discouraged, or unsure how to move forward, especially when managing complex concerns such as co-occurring mental health and substance use challenges.
