I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Master's Level Certified Addiction Professional and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional working in the field of Mental Health and Addictions for 18 years. My approach to therapy

You are a unique individual worthy of individualized treatment, and I will meet you where you are by borrowing from a combination of therapeutic models including but not limited to Positive Psychology, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing to teach you simple but practical coping skills to better respond to life surprises, to relax into life and feel safer in your world.
