I am Yolanda Estela Centeno-Rafael, or Yoli for short, and I'm a trilingual (English, Spanish, American Sign Language) Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Your story matters. My aim is to cultivate a safe space for growth through compassion and authenticity. If you’re struggling to cope with anxiety, childhood trauma, depression, issues in relationships, self-esteem or trauma I can support you in in navigating your feelings to a path forward.

Through our work together I hope to achieve a self-connection with your inner healer and to form a positive structure for your healing journey. When needed homework may be assigned outside of session and doing do is a collaborative process. I value self-exploration and strive to gently guide you along the way- I will meet you where you are in your journey as you are the expert on yourself.
