Great to meet you!

Thank you for considering me to be part of your mental health team! I am a LCSW and have experience in individual and couples therapy. I have worked with many different symptoms and can empathize with those who feel so overwhelmed; it's difficult to get your thoughts straight in order just to accomplish one thing. It may be difficult to get out of the sad and anxious feelings and thoughts. I am here to offer support and provide you with the services you need.

My approach to therapy

During our sessions, you can expect to feel safe where you can speak freely and be heard without judgment. I am open to listening to your concerns and welcome you to talk about anything. The best way to work through issues is to be open and honest, which is what you can expect from me. Sessions are often informal yet informative and beneficial. I ask that you be yourself - bring a cup of coffee or your favorite (non-alcoholic) drink, put your feet up, relax and enjoy the hour.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to help you get the most out of our meetings. Imagine bringing all your concerns to the session, dumping them out and picking the one thing you would like to work on. We will identify tools you can use between sessions with the goal to help you feel better about that situation. You are the expert in your life, and for that reason, I will learn how to support you by walking alongside you during your journey.
