A bit about my approach to therapy

Therapy is a journey of self-discovery, healing and empowerment. It’s an opportunity for you to explore your life's narrative and dictate how the rest of your story will unfold. Whether it’s healing wounds from trauma, processing life-altering events, focusing on coping with a specific struggle such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, or working to improve your relationships, it's my honor to join you on your journey.
