Great to meet you!

A Note from Your Counselor

I’m a licensed counselor with a passion for helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and discover their strengths. I specialize in working with clients dealing with depression, anxiety, and relationship issues, and I bring a compassionate, collaborative approach to the therapy process.

In addition to my general practice, I have extensive experience supporting college students as they work through academic pressures, identity exploration, transitions, and personal growth.

I understand that reaching out for support is a brave step, and I’m here to offer a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore what’s on your mind and begin working toward meaningful change.

If you have any questions or would like to schedule a session, feel free to reach out. I’d be honored to be part of your journey.

Warm regards,

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and personalized. I believe that each person’s journey is unique, and I strive to create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard and understood.

I draw from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and relational approaches to help clients build insight, develop coping skills, and make meaningful changes. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or life transitions, we’ll work together to identify what matters most to you and move toward your goals at your own pace.

For college students and young adults, I offer additional support in areas like identity development, academic stress, and finding balance during a time of major life transitions.

Above all, I believe that therapy is a partnership—one grounded in trust, empathy, and a shared commitment to your well-being.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, my goal is to help you feel seen, supported, and empowered. You can expect to walk away with:

  • Greater self-awareness – A deeper understanding of your thoughts, feelings, and patterns, and how they may be influencing your current experiences.
  • Practical tools and strategies – Whether it’s managing anxiety, improving communication, or navigating life’s challenges, you’ll gain skills that you can apply in your everyday life.
  • Improved emotional regulation – We’ll work on ways to help you feel more in control of your emotions, rather than overwhelmed by them.
  • Stronger relationships – Many clients notice growth in how they relate to others—whether it's setting boundaries, feeling more connected, or communicating more effectively.
  • A sense of clarity and direction – Therapy can help you reconnect with your values and make choices that align with the life you want to lead.

Ultimately, my hope is that you leave each session feeling supported, encouraged, and a little more grounded.
