Great to meet you!

My goal is to help you develop insight, resilience, and healthier patterns, enabling you to approach your relationships and decisions with clarity and confidence. Life rarely goes in a straight line, and you don’t have to navigate the twists alone. Therapy is a partnership, and I’m here to walk alongside you with honesty, compassion, and a sense of humor when needed.

My approach to therapy

I work with adults from all cultural and ethnic backgrounds, and I’m committed to creating a space where you feel respected, understood, and genuinely supported. My approach is collaborative and grounded in evidence-based practices, helping you make sense of your experiences while building practical skills for real-life change. Whether you’re navigating relationship challenges, communication difficulties, parenting concerns, divorce, or other major life transitions, therapy with me is a place to sort through the hard moments and grow from them. My approach is structured, but flexible sessions that have direction without feeling rigid

I help clients develop real-world tools they can use immediately. I'm known for being straightforward in a way that still feels supportive. I bring humor into sessions to reduce pressure and normalize the therapeutic process.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and establish a foundation of trust and understanding. I’ll start by asking about what brought you to therapy, what you’re hoping to change or improve, and any goals you already have in mind—even if they’re still a bit unclear. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out; we’ll take things at a pace that feels comfortable for you. My style is warm, direct, humorous, and structured, so you can expect a balance of genuine conversation and thoughtful guidance. I’ll ask questions to help clarify what you’re experiencing and offer initial reflections or tools when appropriate. Together, we’ll start identifying the patterns or challenges that may be getting in your way, while also exploring your strengths and what’s already working for you.
