Great to meet you!

As a licensed mental health clinician in Florida, I bring over 20 years of experience and a heartfelt commitment to supporting individuals on their journey toward emotional well-being. I earned my Master of Social Work degree with a focus on clinical practice from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, and have had the privilege of working with clients facing a variety of challenges, including depression, anxiety, stress, insomnia, relationships issues. adjustment disorders, and trauma. My approach is empathetic and tailored to your unique needs, creating a safe space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings without judgment. Together, we can work towards promoting, restoring, and maintaining your emotional health.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is deeply person-centered and tailored to the unique needs of each individual. I believe that everyone has their own path to healing, and together, we will create a space where your voice is heard, and your experiences are valued. Employing a holistic and interactive multicultural approach, I guide you in replacing negative thoughts and behaviors with functional coping skills that empower you on your journey.

I use an integrative psychotherapy approach, drawing from a variety of modalities such as strengths-based and solution-focused therapy, cognitive-behavioral techniques, mindfulness practices, and the principles of positive psychology. This blend allows us to address the complexities of your experiences while fostering resilience and personal growth. We will navigate the path to healing and well-being, cultivating the tools you need to thrive.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a warm and welcoming environment where we will work collaboratively to identify your main clinical concerns. This is a safe space for you to express what you’re experiencing, and I’m here to listen and understand. I’ll share my clinical impressions and provide feedback on potential interventions that might resonate with you and support your treatment goals.

Together, we’ll explore how you can cultivate your unique strengths, develop meaningful relationships, and pursue goals that align with your core values. My aim is to help you discover new perspectives and equip you with practical tools that can guide you toward a life filled with greater joy and resilience. This journey is about you, and I’m honored to support you every step of the way.
