Hi, a little about me: I have more than a decade of experience doing counseling. I have extensive training in mental and emotional issues and relationships challenges. I am bilingual
( English - Spanish). I work evenings and weekends. I can meet with you online from anywhere in Texas, or in person at my office in Plano, Texas (North of Dallas). I love dogs.
I have a very strong neuroscientific training; therefore,. everything I do is evidence based. The client selects if they want to process (talk and share about what is happening to them and get support and insight) or they can select to learn and practice practical real life, skill building techniques or they can do both.
You set your goals and together we work to get there.
We address issues related to your relationships, your history and experiences, your challenges and concerns.
You will be able to share whatever you need to share without concerns. You will learn a great deal about yourself. You will be able to be yourself and make your own decisions.
