I help clients who feel overwhelmed with anxiety, depression, life changes/transitions, cultural issues, LGBTQIA issues, relationship challenges, and career issues. I am committed to helping you reconnect with your strengths and establish resilience towards navigating the challenges of life. It is incredibly important to establish a therapeutic rapport with you. My role is to provide authentic, empathy, and positive regard to assist you with developing the skills necessary for change and growth.
