Great to meet you!

I envision a diverse world that is full of love, joy, equity, abundance, and great health. Utilizing a holistic, trauma-informed framework, I co-create a space of healing to eliminate that which keeps us from experiencing love, connection, and liberation.

If trauma and/or addiction leave you feeling disconnected and unhappy, then working together in therapy could be what you need. You might feel dysregulated, often shifting from states of freeze (depression, numbness, helplessness) to hyperactivation (anxiety, anger, avoidance). I can help you decrease trauma reactions and negative beliefs.

I am a graduate of the Smith College School for Social Work and have over 16 years of clinical experience working with adults with trauma and substance use issues. I am also a 200-hour yoga teacher and certified to teach Qigong Infused Yoga. I utilize insight-oriented, trauma-informed, mind/body practices to assist you on your healing journey.

You are not alone. There is not a person alive unaffected by trauma and/or addiction. You are the expert in what works for you. I bring both personal and professional knowledge on what could help you feel better. Let’s work together so you can heal and experience more joy, choice, and freedom.
