Great to meet you!

Life can sometimes feel overwhelming. You may find yourself struggling with anxiety, feeling emotionally drained, questioning your self-worth, or trying to manage the demands of everyday life. Whatever challenges you're facing, you deserve a space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported without judgment.

I enjoy working with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, low motivation, stress, and challenges with self-esteem and emotional regulation. I support individuals who want to better understand themselves, build confidence, and develop healthier ways of coping with life's challenges. My goal is to create a warm and supportive environment where you feel comfortable sharing your experiences at your own pace.

I believe that reaching out for help takes courage, and I value the opportunity to help clients recognize their strengths, gain new perspectives, and work toward meaningful change. You don't have to have all the answers to begin therapy. We can start where you are and work together toward greater emotional well-being, self-awareness, and personal growth.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and goal-oriented. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, and solution-focused therapy to help adults navigate anxiety, depression, stress, low self-esteem, and emotional challenges.

Using CBT, I help clients explore the connections between their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors and identify patterns that may be contributing to their distress. Through person-centered therapy, I prioritize empathy, active listening, and a nonjudgmental environment where clients feel safe sharing their experiences. With solution-focused techniques, I help clients recognize their strengths, identify achievable goals, and build on existing resources to create meaningful change.

My counseling experience has strengthened my appreciation for meeting each person where they are and adapting my approach to their individual needs. I believe therapy is a collaborative process that combines understanding and self-discovery with practical strategies to strengthen coping skills, build confidence, and support lasting personal growth.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a trusting therapeutic relationship. I'll invite you to share what brings you to therapy, what you have been experiencing, and what you hope to accomplish. You don't need to know exactly where to begin or have everything figured out. My priority is to help you feel comfortable, heard, and respected without judgment. We'll discuss your concerns, explore your goals, and begin identifying ways therapy can support you. You'll also have an opportunity to ask questions and share any concerns about the process. My hope is that you leave feeling heard, encouraged, and more comfortable taking the next step toward your well-being.
