Great to meet you!

Whether you're struggling to keep things together at home, carrying grief, or stuck in patterns you can't seem to shake, you're in the right place. I became a therapist because I believe people are capable of real change and I've seen it happen in circumstances that felt impossible. Over my career, I've worked with children, teens, adults, couples, and families navigating loss, trauma, relationship strain, anxiety, depression, and ADD/ADHD.

My approach to therapy

I tailor my approach to fit you, not the other way around. I draw primarily from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, incorporating a variety of other evidence based treatments depending on what makes sense for your situation. With families and couples, I lean into strength-based and relational frameworks that focus on what's working, not just what's broken. The goal isn't to hand you a formula. It's to help you understand the patterns that aren't serving you and build something more workable in their place.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a conversation, not an evaluation. We'll talk about what brought you here in a way that gives me a real picture of your situation, what you've already tried, and what you're hoping for. We'll also cover safety, confidentiality, how we'll work together, and what to expect going forward. By the end, you'll have a clearer sense of whether this is a good fit, and if it is, we'll start building a plan.
