Great to meet you!

Great to meet you!

As a licensed professional counselor, I believe prioritizing wholistic mental health is key to abundant living. Seeking help can be one of the most challenging decisions to make, so congratulations on taking this step! I’ve practiced as a pastoral counselor for 20 years, but in the last decade, I use my clinical training to make connections between science and spirituality. My main practice focus is depression, anxiety, workers fatigue, and addiction with women ages 30+.

My approach to therapy

A bit about my approach to therapy

Everyone has a unique story and deserves an individualized approach to care. Once we decide to work together, we’ll act as partners in your therapeutic journey. It’s important to me that we communicate openly and you feel respected in our relationship. I’ll be there to listen to you, challenge you, and support you along the way.

What you can expect from me

What you can expect from our first session

I always start with an introductory session, where you’ll have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. We’ll work together to figure this out! I strive to create a warm, inviting environment that allows you to feel comfortable sharing and being vulnerable, while also feeling secure. From there, we’ll work together in the sessions that follow to make goals a reality for you.
