Great to meet you!

Hi there! I have been a Psychotherapist for over 10 years. I hold a master's degree in Mental Health Counseling and a doctoral degree in Educational Leadership. I'm dedicated to helping you transform your life. I believe that your past challenges hold the key to becoming your strongest, most authentic self. It's my passion to support you on your journey of healing, growth, and self-discovery. Together, we'll turn your experiences into powerful tools for lasting change.

My approach to therapy

I utilize evidence-based practices to support meaningful and lasting change. My approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and cognitive remediation therapy. I am also trained in Motivational Interviewing and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I work from a client-centered foundation, grounded in congruence, unconditional positive regard, and deep acceptance. My goal is to create a safe, collaborative space where you feel empowered to explore, heal, and grow.

What you can expect from me
