Great to meet you!

Yolonda believes "What Happened" to us Not "What is wrong with us" informs the Harm Repair and Healing necessary for a brighter future.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe a warm, conversation regarding what happened to us; informs both parties of where we are going. Further, conversations instead of questioning informs the healing process and extinguishes feelings of shame, and defensiveness.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients can expect each session to inform what they have done well. It will also inform clients of where they are going, collective goals of how to get there and allowing them to see how their "story" can be retold.

Yolonde's style is
