Great to meet you!

I believe therapy should be more than just a space to vent — it should help you understand yourself more deeply, break unhealthy emotional patterns, and create meaningful change. My approach is warm, relational, and insight-oriented. I work with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship struggles, attachment wounds, life transitions, identity-related stress, and emotional overwhelm. Many of my clients are high-functioning individuals who appear “fine” on the outside while internally feeling stuck, disconnected, anxious, or emotionally exhausted.Clients often tell me they appreciate that I don’t just listen — I help them recognize patterns, gain clarity, and move forward with intention. I offer empathy and emotional safety, but I also believe growth requires honesty, self-awareness, and active participation in the therapeutic process. My work is especially informed by years of experience supporting diverse and multicultural populations, including bilingual clients navigating complex emotional, relational, and cultural dynamics. In addition to psychotherapy services, I also provide specialized psychological evaluations and clinically informed documentation for immigration-related cases, as well as Emotional Support Animal (ESA) assessments and letters when clinically appropriate. These services are separate from insurance-based therapy and offered as private-pay professional services.I integrate emotional insight with practical tools to help clients improve relationships, strengthen emotional regulation, rebuild self-trust, and create healthier ways of relating to themselves and others.

My approach to therapy

My approach is direct, compassionate, and insight-oriented. I don’t believe in simply “talking things through” — I help you identify patterns, challenge what’s no longer serving you, and create meaningful, lasting change.

Clients often tell me they appreciate that I don’t just listen — I help them see patterns, gain clarity, and move forward with intention. My approach is warm, honest, and insight-oriented. I will meet you with empathy, but I won’t sugarcoat what’s keeping you stuck.
