Knowing human nature is a gift; my best teacher was my clients. Staying present, supportive, and gently exploring what is going on within them, has taught me human nature. My schooling to become a LCSW as well as my IFS training helped as well.
I stay with my clients where they are at. I build a warm supportive relationship, and when it feels right, help them explore what is going on within them. Being able to feel their emotional energy within me serves as my guide. I slowly help clients with deep healing, inner child work when necessary. Often treatment includes a paradigm shift in living, embracing life with a more calm and confident core where we hustle less for value, thereby healing cycles of stress and depression.
My focus in the first session is to get to know you, and learn to admire you, as well as to understand what brings you in. For me to understand your struggle better and to give you a taste of hope.
