Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who has been practicing since 2017. I’ve worked with children, adults, and families navigating anxiety, depression, grief, family challenges, substance use, and co-occurring mental health conditions. I've supported people from many different backgrounds and at different stages of life.

I have specialized training in perinatal mental health through Postpartum Support International and hold a Perinatal Mental Health Certification (PMH-C). I especially enjoy working with women and families through pregnancy, postpartum, motherhood, grief and loss, and major life changes.

I think of myself less as someone who has all the answers and more as a companion on your journey. Therapy can be a new, exciting, and sometimes scary journey and I’m happy to be your travel buddy along the way.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is always warm with a touch of humor. If I see an opportunity and if you feel up for it, I will ask a challenging question that may have you thinking about a situation a new and insightful way. It's my job to see the potential paths and and to offer the opportunity to explore it together.

What you can expect from me

The first session is the most important. It is the start of our therapeutic relationship. In the first session I will get to know YOU, what's most important to you, what brought you to therapy, and your short and long term goals term goals. I will do my best to building a trusting relationship that will be the foundation of our time together.
