Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified Psychiatric–Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 25 years of experience across hospitals and community settings in the United States. My background includes work in neuroscience nursing, healthcare administration, informatics, education, critical care, cardiology, and psychiatry.

I am deeply committed to expanding access to affordable, high-quality mental health care, especially for underserved communities. My work is guided by a passion for meeting patients where they are and providing compassionate, evidence-based care.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my family and pets, reading, staying current with nursing and psychiatric journals, and traveling.

My approach to therapy

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck, it may be time for a different kind of support. Managing stress, mood changes, or unresolved past experiences alone can be exhausting. I take a whole-person approach to care—one that honors your story, your values, and your goals. Together, we’ll focus on restoring balance, strengthening emotional stability, and helping you regain a sense of control and clarity.

What you can expect from me

Our sessions are collaborative, compassionate, and practical. I listen closely, provide education, and involve you in every decision. We’ll explore options and create a personalized, evidence-based plan that feels safe, effective, and aligned with your needs. You don’t have to carry this by yourself anymore. If you’re ready to feel supported in a way that honors your whole story, visit my website to learn more and book a session online. Even a small first step can lead to meaningful growth.
