Great to meet you!

You might be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or trying to hold everything together while dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, or major life changes. It can be exhausting to manage it all on your own.

I work with adults, couples, and families navigating depression, anxiety, adjustment and life transitions, relationship stress, and addiction. As a licensed provider in Georgia and Massachusetts, I offer Telehealth sessions to make support accessible wherever you are. My goal is to create a space where you feel understood, supported, and able to move forward with more clarity and confidence.

My approach to therapy

I help clients understand the patterns that may be keeping them stuck and build practical tools for meaningful change.

Together, we’ll work on improving communication, strengthening coping skills, managing stress, and creating healthier ways of navigating relationships and daily challenges. My approach is collaborative, supportive, and tailored to your needs, whether we’re focusing on mood, transitions, or substance use concerns.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and it’s completely normal to feel unsure or even hesitant.

In our first session, we’ll talk about what’s been going on, what feels most important to address, and what you’re hoping to get out of therapy. You don’t need to prepare anything ahead of time—we’ll take it at your pace and focus on helping you feel comfortable, supported, and understood from the start.
