As a therapist who has worked with individuals and families within the community for the last 20 years, it is my goal to provide you with an opportunity to create change in areas of your life where you feel stuck. Whether your struggle is in a relationship or stress related to some other circumstance, we will discuss the issues so that you can feel empowered to take action that will lead to positive change.

My approach to therapy will vary slightly depending on what the presenting problem is. Overall, I would say that I am curious to understand your struggles from your point of view and then we will set goals so that you can feel hopeful and energized again about your life or your relationship. Clients experience me as a warm and engaged therapist who has a deep understanding of the issues and is a creative problem-solver.

I am interested, curious, thorough, engaged and invested in helping you feel better and improve your life. As a clinician who has worked with hundreds of clients both in private practice and at a local community counseling center (Jewish Family Services) for 20 years, I know that clients come to therapy because there is a problem they hope to solve.
