Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who believes deeply in people’s capacity to heal, grow, and reconnect with themselves. I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University, where my training emphasized on relational, trauma-informed, and socially conscious care. These are all values that continue to guide my work today.

I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, and trauma; including childhood wounds, relational trauma, and complex PTSD. Often these experiences leave us feeling disconnected from ourselves, others, and the world around us. You may feel stuck in patterns that once helped you survive but no longer served you. My goal is to offer a space where you don’t have to carry those experiences alone, where you can gain insight into what may be standing between you and the life you imagine, and begin to reconnect with the strengths that have always been within you.

My approach to therapy

I approach therapy as a collaborative relationship rooted in compassion, curiosity, and respect. I believe you are the expert in your story and strive to honor your story, your culture, and your strengths in your journey. Whether you’re navigating the impact of past trauma, struggling in relationships, or simply longing to feel more like yourself again, I would be honored to walk alongside you in this chapter of your life.

I take an integrative approach, tailoring treatment to the needs of my clients by integrating modalities such as client-center, attachment-based therapy, somatic work, and parts work to support you in processing painful experiences, strengthen self-understanding, and cultivating a deeper sense of safety and empowerment.

What you can expect from me

The first session is about building safety and trust. Therapy is a collaborative process, and we will move forward together in a way that honors your readiness, your strengths, and your unique story. I’ll also share a bit about how I work and answer any questions you may have about the therapeutic process. This session is an opportunity to get to know each other, explore your goals, and begin creating a safe, supportive space for your healing journey.
