Great to meet you!

Change is possible. And I’m here to connect with clients who are motivated and in pursuit of change in line with their values, in spite of trauma, loss and suffering. I believe there is great value in the therapeutic relationship - knowing that you are not alone and in a space where both discomfort and growth coincide to improve your sense of purpose.

My approach to therapy

I am a licensed Counseling Psychologist. My clinical experience spans across community mental health, college / university centers, hospital, and military / veteran health settings. I have worked with a range of clients living with complex trauma, grief/loss, depression and anxiety. My approach to treatment is informed by research and evidence-based. My research background is based in cross-cultural attachment and I integrate a number of theoretical orientations including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Interpersonal Process Therapy, and Emotion-Focused Therapy.

What you can expect from me

Safe and easy conversation starting off. I intentionally pace the session and content based on the client's preference, while utilizing a biopsychosocial approach in my intake process to ensure I have a comprehensive understanding of my client's needs.
