Great to meet you!

Change is possible - I’m here to connect with clients who are motivated and in pursuit of change in line with their values. I believe there is great value in the therapeutic relationship, knowing that you are not alone and in a space where both discomfort and growth coincide to improve your quality of life.

My approach to therapy

I am a licensed Counseling Psychologist. My clinical experience spans across community mental health, college / university centers, hospital, and government health settings. I have worked with a range of clients living with complex trauma, grief/loss, depression and anxiety. My approach to treatment is client-centered and grounded in clinical practices that are supported by research. I integrate a number of theoretical orientations including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Interpersonal Process Therapy, and Emotion-Focused Therapy.

What you can expect from me

Safe and easy conversation starting off. I intentionally pace the session and content based on the client's preference, while utilizing a biopsychosocial approach in my intake process to ensure I have a comprehensive understanding of my client's needs.
