Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Yourdeline, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor offering virtual therapy to adults in New Jersey, Georgia, and Florida.

I work with high-achieving adults; such as healthcare workers, first-gen professionals, and caregivers, who have it together on paper but can't quiet their minds, stop people-pleasing, or rest without guilt. If you're the "strong one" everyone leans on, you deserve a space that's just for you.

As a Caribbean woman of color, I offer culturally responsive care that understands the weight of family expectations, generational pressure, and unlearning what you were taught about emotions and boundaries. BIPOC and Caribbean and immigrant-identifying clients often tell me they finally feel seen here.

Together we'll work toward real, tangible change — saying no without guilt, sleeping without replaying every conversation, and building confidence that doesn't depend on doing everything perfectly.

My approach is direct, warm, and collaborative. I draw from CBT, mindfulness, and person-centered techniques, tailored to what you actually need. Sessions feel like a real conversation, not a lecture.

Ready to see if we're a good fit? I offer a free 15-minute consultation. New clients welcome — book your call today.

My approach to therapy

My approach is integrative and tailored to what you actually need. I primarily draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based techniques, and psychoeducation to help you understand the connection between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.

I work best with high-achieving adults who are ready to stop holding everything together alone; people who want to set boundaries without guilt, quiet the anxiety that keeps them up at night, and build confidence that doesn't depend on doing everything perfectly.

I'm direct, warm, and collaborative. I'll challenge you when you need it and hold space when you need that instead. Whether you're just beginning to understand your patterns or ready to do the deeper work, I meet you where you are.

Currently serving high-achieving professionals across New Jersey, Georgia, and Florida — and supporting Caribbean and BIPOC adults navigating anxiety, cultural expectations, and generational pressure in all three states. New clients welcome.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance to get to know each other. I'll ask questions to understand what's bringing you in, what you've already tried, and what you're hoping to change. There's no pressure to have it all figured out — we'll identify your goals together so we're aligned from the start.

My goal is simple: I want you to leave that first session feeling heard, understood, and clear on what we'll be working toward. Most clients tell me it feels more like a real conversation than an interview.

I am in-network with several major insurance plans, making therapy more accessible and affordable. I currently accept Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Florida Blue, Cigna/Evernorth, Optum, and Providence Health Plan. Not sure if your plan is covered? Reach out and we'll figure it out together.
