Great to meet you!

Life can be challenging when you're trying to manage anxiety, relationship difficulties, past trauma, cultural expectations, or questions about who you are and where you belong. You may find yourself feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, stuck in repeating patterns, or struggling to balance the needs of others with your own.

I work with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, PTSD, identity concerns, relationship challenges, cultural and ethnic issues, LGBTQIA+ experiences, and major life transitions. My goal is to create a supportive and collaborative space where you can explore your experiences openly, gain deeper self-understanding, and develop tools to move forward with confidence.

Therapy is not about fixing what's wrong with you. It's about understanding your experiences, recognizing your strengths, and creating meaningful change that aligns with who you want to be.

My approach to therapy

My style is thoughtful, direct, and empowering. I believe lasting growth begins with self-awareness, and I work collaboratively with clients to better understand the patterns, beliefs, and experiences that shape how they relate to themselves and others.

I draw from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), trauma-informed care, and strengths-based interventions. Together, we'll explore the connections between your thoughts, emotions, relationships, and life experiences while developing practical strategies to help you navigate challenges more effectively.

Whether you're managing anxiety, healing from trauma, exploring your identity, navigating relationship concerns, or working through difficult life transitions, therapy can help create clarity and build resilience.

What you can expect from me

I strive to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and understood.

Our work together will focus on helping you identify what's contributing to your current struggles, recognize patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and develop new ways of responding to life's challenges. I believe therapy should be both supportive and productive, providing opportunities for reflection while also helping you make meaningful progress toward your goals.

Clients often come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, or disconnected from themselves. Over time, many experience:

  • Reduced anxiety and emotional overwhelm
  • Greater self-confidence and self-awareness
  • Stronger relationships and communication skills
  • Increased resilience during life transitions
  • Healing from past experiences and trauma
  • A clearer understanding of their values, identity, and goals

You don't have to navigate these challenges alone. Therapy can be a space where you gain insight, build skills, and create lasting change.
