I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a passion for helping individuals and couples navigate their difficulties in expressing their emotions and manage life’s challenges. I empower clients to learn about themselves and establish a therapeutic plan to foster their growth, express in healthy ways, and to gain more acceptance, compassion, and love for themselves. With over 10 of experience in mental health care, I specialize in supporting clients who struggle with anxiety, depression, and relationship struggles.

I believe therapy is a journey, not a destination. With therapeutic guidance and powerful encouragement, I strive to have clients gain clarity, and decide what changes to perform, and create deeper, meaningful definitions for their own lives. Goals are tailored to the clients' specific gains they would like to achieve in therapy, and beyond gaining strategies to cope with life struggles, I encourage clients to learn more about their needs holistically.
